Did it for the sticker...

(me and my cute cousin kenzie - she's only 14 and she rocked the Wasatch Back!)
So this weekend I got to run the Wasatchback with my cousin, aunt and a bunch of her friends.  It was crazy! My mom was AMAZING and drove the whole time for us!!!!!

Van #2!
We had SO much fun looking at all the teams that were dressed up and their funny team names!

When we weren't running - Kenz and I took full advantage!
My cute grandparents met us at one of the stops at Snow Basin for dinner.  Aren't they so cute!!!
Moments after my 9.6 miler at 2 am!
Taking a breather up the Ragnar - hardest thing I think I've ever done!
We finished!!!! After a long two days, we finally finished.  We had such a fun time and created so many memories!  I'm so glad my mom was there - isn't she the cutest?  You'd never know she was going on 2 hrs. of sleep!
Till next time!

only in ashland

(wish we could grow flowers like these in UT! Can you believe these came from Kriss's friends yard?)

John's dad was released this weekend from 10 years of serving as their stake president.  All of John's siblings flew out to Ashland to support their dad, and since John and I don't have kids, I got to tag along!  It was so much fun!  The weather was perfect so we got to enjoy all that Ashland had to offer!  We toured Ashland, did NOT drink some Lithia water, went on a motorcycle ride, tasted of the Ashland cuisine,
We learned floral design from Grandma Julia and Kriss
Kriss taught us her secrets in the kitchen

John learned how to remove the neck of a turkey:)
the boys even fit in a work unit
went on the Jetboat dinner tour
saw some bald eagles
saw all the local hippies
saw lots of dreadlocks
Is your soil a healthy environment for the worms inside?  If not, she's got the trick!
Learned about the powers of Sage!
found a wild poppy field
Till next time!

I can hear the bells...

Yesterday, John's best friend David purposed and let us be apart of it!  We went fourwheeling up to this awesome look out and then John and I snuck down to this tree house to set up the scene...
Evidence...John took a swig
The happy couple - she said yes!

Yes, John filmed the whole thing on the roof with no shirt on to better camoflauge and they had no idea!
After all the excitment, we roasted some dogs and then explored around on the four wheelers until we got to sliding rock.  I think our next purchase should definitely be a fourwheeler! Thanks Court for letting us borrow yours!
Such a great ending to our three day weekend.
